Your primary responsibility will be to help us adapt messaging and create supporting content for different market segments. You’ll partner with subject matter experts on a wide variety of teams including product, sales, and customer experience to build deep empathy for the customer, influence the product strategy, and accelerate growth. You’ll combine product thinking, data analysis, segmentation, GTM planning, and positioning to define how we bring new and existing product offerings to market and use data to demonstrate the success of your work.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting an enterprise B2B sales motion, a passion for understanding different market niches, and enjoy the challenge of simplifying complex inputs to key benefits that sellers can work with repeatedly. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
  • Create & update messaging & positioning for different market segments
  • Create internal content, trainings, and enable the go-to-market teams on key messages
  • Create and maintain partner / public facing marketing collateral and sales assets
  • Customize collateral or assets to support individual, high-priority opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product teams to position and release new functionality
  • Support user & buyer research initiatives
  • Develop and coordinate the execution of social media strategy
  • Update and maintain buyer & user personas

Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • 4+ years of work experience, 2+ in product marketing, product management, or full-stack marketing roles
  • Experience with partner marketing and/or enabling an indirect sales cha
  • A wildly curious and quantitative person who uses data to solve problems
  • A product mindset and track record of tight collaboration with product teams
  • An influencer that can work well with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • BA/BS degree
